The Sasiwaans Immersion School, a Saginaw Chippewa tribal school located in Mount Pleasant, is the subject of quite serious allegations of abuse. According to a spokesman for the Saginaw Chippewa Indian tribe, an investigation is now being conducted, but very few details are currently being provided to the public.
